Clinique Black Honey Review

I tested the Clinique Black Honey lipstick, lip oil, and lip gloss. After i tested them, I can say each product has a different texture, finish, and pigment intensity. You see on picture, i have black honey almost lipstick and second one i have lip oil on it. Here is my clinique black honey review.

Lipstick, Lightweight, less pigmented but buildable. You can increase pigment. (First one on picture)

Lip Oil, Glides smoothly, non sticky. Feels hydrating. (Second one on picture)

Lip Gloss, Most pigmented of all, adds instant shine. (Third one on picture)

All three feel extremely light on the lips. Almost like you are wearing nothing.

The Clinique lip oil packaging is the cutest, modern and sleek and The Clinique lipstick has a long, slim metal tube that feels unique compared to regular lipsticks.
The Clinique lip gloss packaging looks basic and similar to most glosses on the market. Still, all three look clean and functional.

The Black Honey Lipstick is the truest to the original shade, but Black honey lipgloss leans warm brown red instead of the classic cool berry tone Black Honey is known for.
The Black honey lip oil gives a slightly richer color with a juicy finish, while the lip gloss has the deepest pigment but doesn’t perfectly match the original Black Honey color.
If you want to get that signature look, try layering the lipstick and lip oil together for a beautiful “true black honey” effect like i did on picture.

Pricing feels fair. Not cheap, not overly expensive. Given the quality and comfort of the formula, it is worth trying at least one of them.

Each product has its strengths:
Lipstick: Classic, buildable, authentic.
Lip Oil: Lightweight, hydrating, perfect for daily wear.
Lip Gloss: Boldest pigment but slightly off in tone.

If you are after the original Black Honey vibe, go for the lipstick + lip oil combo for the best result.
